MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDERED, that Defendants motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 14) is GRANTED in part as to Plaintiffs negligence claim premised on the wet condition of the train and the platform, and DENIED in part as to Plaintiffs negligence claim premised on the width of the gap between the train and the platform; and it is further ORDERED, that Defendant shall have a continuance to conduct additional expert discovery in order to address Plaintiffs expert witnesss opinion, and that scheduling and other matters related to such additional discovery are referred to U.S. Magistrate Judge Christian F.
