MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDERED, that the Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) is DISMISSED for lack of subject matter jurisdiction; and it is further ORDERED, that defendant TGWs Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 14) and Plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. No. 30) are DENIED as moot; and it is further ORDERED, that if Plaintiff wishes to proceed in this case, it must file a motion to amend its Complaint, in accordance with the Local Rules, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Memorandum-Decision and Order; and it is further ORDERED, that if Plaintiff does not move to amend its Complaint within the time provided, the Clerk of the Court shall close this case without further order of the Court.
