REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION & ORDER: It is Recommended that the # 1 Complaint filed by Patricia Veronese be DISMISSED pursuant to 28 USC 1915(e) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, however, it is further recommended, that in light of her pro se status, prior to outright dismissal, Plaintiff should be afforded an opportunity to amend her Complaint in order to state valid claims upon which she has a right to pursue. Should the District Judge adopt this recommendation, a blank pro forma Title VII complaint should be mailed to Plaintiff by the Clerk of the Court. ORDER - ORDERED that the Report-Recommendation and Order (Dkt. No. 6)is ADOPTED in its entirety; and it is further ORDERED that the complaint, (Dkt. No. 1), is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(e) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted; and it is further ORDERED that, in light of plaintiff's pro se status, she is an afforded an opportunity to amend her complaint, within thirty (30) days from the date of this order to state valid claims upon which she has a right to pursue; and it is further ORDERED that, if plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, the clerk is directed to enter judgment without further order of this court; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk mail a blank pro forma Title VII complaintto plaintiff by regular mail.
