ORDER - on August 17, 2007, the plaintiff wrote a letter to the undersigned seeking to amend the Complaint, 8 Letter; unfortunately the letter was not docketed until after the Court dismissed plaintiff's complaint; this case has been referred back to me to VACATE re 7 Judgment, and REOPEN this case.
