ORDER: The Court construes Joseph Allen's submissions as a Motion for the Return of Property pursuant to Rule 41(g) of the FRCrP,, such motion shall be treated as a civil complaint for equitable relief. Ordered that Allen either pay the $350.00 filing fee in full, or provide the Clerk with a signed inmate authorization form and in forma pauperis application, within 30 days of this Order. If Allen fails to either pay the filing fee in full, or provide the Clerk with a signed authorization form and in forma pauperis within the time period, the Clerk will enter judgment dismissing Allen's Motion for the return of property without further Order of this Court. Allen's request for appointment of Kenneth M. Moynihan, Esq., is denied without prejudice. {Copy served upon plaintiff by regular mail along with an inmate authorization form and informa pauperis application; copy also served upon Kenneth Moynihan, Esq.} Signed by Judge Norman A.
