MEMORANDUM-DECISION & ORDER: granting in part and denying in part the # 25 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; granted regarding the municipal liability and policymaker claims, granted as to the motion to give preclusive effect to the issues of the initiation of the criminal prosecution against plaintiff and pornography, granted as to plaintiffs February 2012 retaliation claim, and granted as to plaintiffs First Amendment freedom of association claim, the Motion to Dismiss is otherwise DENIED.
