No. 17) to dismiss Plaintiffs first cause of action and any claims for monetary damages pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED, that any claims for monetary damages against State Defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice.
