DECISION AND ORDERED, that the Court reserves decision on the Commissioners Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 11) pending receipt of proof of service on the United States Attorney General in Washington, DC. Carthron-Kelly has thirty (30) days to file such proof, and if she timely submits such proof, the Court shall deny the Commissioners Motion.
