MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS that Plaintiffs' motion for default judgment as to South Buffalo Electric, Co. (Dkt. No. 32) is DENIED with leave to refile; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiffs' motion for default judgment as to Arnold A. Paolini (Dkt. No. 51) is GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in the amount of $133,485.33 against Arnold A. Paolini, consisting of (1) $104,892.99 in unpaid contributions, (2) $4,972.13 in interest on unpaid and untimely paid contributions, (3) $20,820.40 in attorneys fees, and (4) $2,799.81 in costs; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
