REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 Complaint filed by Jeffrey M. DECISION AND ORDER accepting and adopting #12 Magistrate Judge Carter's Report and Recommendation in its entirety. Plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 9) is GRANTED, Defendants motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 10) is DENIED, the Commissioners decision denying Social Security benefits is REVERSED, and this matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner of Social Security for further proceedings under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
