JUDGMENT in favor of Amyjo Shults against Carolyn W. Colvin. It is Ordered that upon Stipulation of the parties, it is ORDERED ON CONSENT that the final decision of the Commissioner be and hereby is REVERSED and REMANDED to the defendant for further administrative action pursuant to sentence four of 42 USC section 405(g) for a denovo hearing and new decision. This action is DISMISSED in accord with the decision in Melkonyan v. Sullivan, 501 U.S. 89 (1991). (jmb)
