ORDER AND REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The # 2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Gary Patrick McKee is GRANTED and it is RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff be granted leave to file an amended complaint that includes what he believes in good faith to be the amount of his claim for purposes of determining the presence of diversity jurisdiction within thirty days of the filing of the District Courts Order on this Courts Report-Recommendation.
