ORDER adopting Report and Recommendations re 6 Report and Recommendations: The Court hereby ORDERS that Magistrate Judge Dancks's Report-Recommendation (Dkt. No. 6) is ADOPTED in full; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff's complaint (Dkt.
