MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDERED, that Defendants Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Dkt. No. 11) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs disparate treatment and failure-to-accommodate claims are dismissed; and it is further ORDERED, that if Plaintiff wishes to proceed with his disparate treatment and failure-to-accommodate claims, he must file a motion to amend his complaint, in accordance with the Local Rules, within thirty days from the date of this Memorandum-Decision and Order.
