ORDER: It is Ordered that Plaintiff Joshua Anthony Morgan's # 10 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED, that further that the Acting Commissioners determination that plaintiff was not disabled at the relevant times, and thus is not entitled to benefits under the Social Security Act, is VACATED. Judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff Joshua Anthony Morgan and the # 1 Complaint - Social Security Appeal is hereby REMANDED to the Acting Commissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. section 405(g) with a directed finding of disability, for the purpose of calculating benefits owing to the plaintiff.
