REPORT-RECOMMENDATIONS AND ORDER: It is hereby RECOMMENDED that Depronio's motion for a finding of disability (docket # 9) be DENIED and the Commissioner's decision finding no disability be AFFIRMED. It is ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of this report and recommendation upon the parties in accordance with this court's local rules. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
