DECISION AND ORDERED, that Defendants Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 16) is GRANTED in part as to the claims for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and DENIED in part as to the claims for negligence and gross negligence, and Plaintiffs request for punitive damages and injunctive relief; and it is further ORDERED, that if Williams wishes to amend his Complaint, he must do so within thirty (30) days from the date of this Decision and Order; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Motion to Strike (Dkt.
