ntiff's Eighth Amendment conditions of confinement claim against Defendant Casler; Plaintiff's Eighth Amendment conditions of confinement claim against Defendant Heath; and Plaintiff's First Amendment access to the courts and Eighth AMEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER: ORDERS that the following claims are DISMISSED with prejudice: Plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment due process claim against Defendant Vasile for deprivation of property; Plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment due process claim against Defendant Parmiter for deprivation of property; and Plaintiff's First Amendment denial of access to the courts claim against Defendant Parmiter. ORDERS that the following claims are DISMISSED without prejudice: Plaintiff's First Amendment denial of access to the courts claim against Defendant Fischer; Plaintiff's First Amendment free exercise claim against Defendant Graham; Plaintiff's First Amendment free exercise claim against Defendant Chandler; Plaintiff's First Amendment mail interference and denial of access to the courts, and Eighth Amendment conditions of confinement claims against Defendant Schug; Plaintiff's First Amendment mail interference claim against Defendant Putnam; Plaimendment conditions of confinement claims against Defendant Fagan. ORDERS that Defendants Schug, Putnam, and Parmiter are DISMISSED without prejudice. ORDERS that Plaintiff's motions for preliminary injunctive relief (Dkt. Nos. 24, 34, and 39) are DENIED.
