AMENDED JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that defendants Harold Berkheimer, Mr. Gonzales, and Mike Sacco were dismissed from this action on December 2, 2014, pursuant to a Memorandum-Decision and Order of Senior U.S. District Judge Lawrence E. Kahn. It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that defendant Corey Conley was voluntarily dismissed from this action by plaintiff on October 4, 2017 during the bench trial before U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew T. Baxter. It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that pursuant to the January 4, 2018 Memorandum-Decision and Order of U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew T. Baxter, the court finds in favor of defendants Maureen Bosco and Dr. Lawrence Farago on the surviving claims against them; and it is ordered that the complaint is dismissed with prejudice. (nmk)
