Memorandum Opinion and Order: Petitioner's 30 Motion to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255 is hereby Dismissed. Petitioner is not entitled to a hearing in this case as the record conclusively shows that Petitioner is entitled to no relief. Finally, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
