Order granting in part and denying in part 36 Motion for summary judgment. The court denies Pipeline's motion for summary judgment with regard to Warner's claims that Pipeline discriminated against her because of her sex by paying her less than a similarly-situated male employee, by failing to offer her overtime on or after 12/07/2004, by discouraging her from applying for the position of chucker, and by providing restroom facilities inferior to those provided similarly-situated male employees on or after 12/07/2004. The court also denies Pipeline's motion as to Warner's cause of action for intentional infliction of emotional distress. The court grants Pipeline's motion as to all other causes of action. Signed by Magistrate Judge Nancy A. Vecchiarelli on 04/04/2008. (Related Doc # 36) (G,W)
