Opinion&Order For the reasons stated in the Order, Dana L. Mathews' Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus (Doc. 1) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 is Denied and his case Dismissed. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith as to any claims except the Petitioner's Biggers claim.
