Memorandum Opinion and Order This matter comes before the Court on multiple motions from the parties, the primary of which are the motions for summary judgment filed by each party. The Court has been advised and makes it disposition of all pending motions in this matter as set forth herein. Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 86) is DENIED as moot, as herSupplemental Complaint is governed by the law of the case doctrine. Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 87) is GRANTED, and reimbursement is ordered by means of an equitable lien on Plaintiffs future Social Security benefits.
