Memorandum Opinion and Order: The claims against Warden Richard Ganshimer, the claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act against the Defendants in their individual capacities,k and the claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act against Dr. Sitta Gombeh-Alie, First Correctional Medical and Nurse Donna Teare in their official capacities are dismissed. The Court certifies that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. This case shall proceed solely on Plaintiff's claims against Defendants in their official capacity only.
