Memorandum Opinion. Based on the agruments presented in the Statement of Errors, the Commissioner's response and applicable law, the Commissioner's decision denying disability insurance benefits is therefore not supported by substantial evidence and is reversed and remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 USC Section 405(g) to obtain the requisite vocational expert testimony consistent with this opinion.
