Defendant Hartford's Motion for a Protective Order, or in the Alternative, to Bifurcate Plaintiff's Bad-Faith Claim and Stay Discovery, in which Defendants National Benefit and DCG Resources have joined, and the Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Opposition to the Motion for a Protective Order, or in the Alternative, to Bifurcate Plaintiff's Bad-Faith Claim and Stay Discovery are denied as moot.
