Memorandum Opinion and Order: Respondents Motion for Bail/Bond Pending Extradition Hearing is GRANTED. IT IS ORDERED that the respondent be released provided that: 1. The respondent executes an unsecured bond binding the defendant to pay the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in the event the respondent fails to appear as required or fails to surrender for service of any sentence imposed. 2. The respondent shall submit to Pretrial Services supervision as required. 3. The respondent shall participate in the Home Detention component of the Location Monitoring Program and abide by all requirements of the program which will include location monitoring technology at the discretion of the officer. The respondent is restricted to his residence at all times except for employment; religious services; medical treatment; attorney visits; court appearances; court-ordered obligations; or other activities as pre-approved by Pretrial Services. 4.
