Judgment Entry as to Leandre M. Jeter: This Court, having issued its Memorandum of Opinion and Order denying petitioner's Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Doc. 14), hereby enters judgment for respondent.
