Order Adopting Report and Recommendation as to Richard Oliver, Jr., signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 3/9/17. The Court, finding defendant violated the terms of probation as set forth in this order, sentenced defendant to a term of incarceration of 6 months with credit for time served in federal custody since 12/19/16. The Court further ordered defendant shall serve the remainder of his custodial sentence at Oriana House and shall remain in custody until a placement is secured. Defendant shall be permitted to leave halfway house placement to work but shall otherwise remain at the facility.
