Order: Because Anderson failed to identify Un-Named #2 by November 1, 2014, as directed by the Sixth Circuit, his claim against Un-Named #2 is dismissed. Having dismissed the only remaining claim in the complaint, the Court directs the Clerk to close this case. Further, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith, and that there is no basis upon which to issue a certificate of appealability. 28 U.S.C. Section 2253(c); Fed.
