Opinion and Order. Plaintiff's Motion to reopen case (Related doc # 6) is granted. Plaintiff's Motion for reconsideration (Related doc # 5) is denied as moot. Plaintiff's procedural due process, substantive due process aninst Defendant Young pertaining to Young's alleged conduct after 5/12/2014. Judge Christopher A. Boyko on 9/19/2016. (H,CM)d Eighth Amendment claims are dismissed against all Defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915A. His retaliation claims are dismissed against Defendants Husty, McCrae, Haynes, Dean, Roque, Benson, Rose and Granson. All claims pertaining to events occurring prior to 5/12/2014 are dismissed. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. This action shall proceed solely on Plaintiff's retaliation claim aga
