Opinion & Order signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 3/9/18. The Court, for the reasons set forth in this order, grants defendant's motion to enforce the settlement agreement and its motion for attorneys' fees. Within 3 days of this order, plaintiff is ordered to provide defendant with the bank account number associated with the account where he wishes settlement funds to be deposited. Within 14 days of this order, plaintiff is further ordered to execute the amended settlement agreement provided by defendant as directed in this entry. Defendant is further ordered to execute that agreement within 14 days of this order and to file within 7 days documentation supporting its request for attorney's fees related to seeking enforcement of the settlement agreement from 1/15/18 to the present.
