Memorandum of Opinion and Order as to Defendant Charles David Snyder. For the reasons set forth herein, Defendant's Motion to Compel (ECF No. 20) and Motion to Disclose Grand Jury Transcripts (ECF No. 22) are denied. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the Indictment (ECF No. 21) is granted as to the part of Count 8 alleged to have occurred prior to the statute of limitations. Otherwise, it is denied. The Government's Motion to Quash Subpoenas Issued to the IRS and DOL (ECF No. 32) is granted as to the requests for production of documents and denied as moot as to the requests for testimony. The parties shall consult and inform the Court by 12:00 p.m. Noon on 5/23/2018 if they can agree on how the Indictment can be conformed to the ruling or if the Government will pursue a superseding Indictment.
