Memorandum Opinion: The Court overrules Taylor's objections to the recommendation of the magistrate judge. Further for the reasons contained herein, and for the reasons contained in the report and recommendation which the Court accepts and adopts, the Commissioner's decision denying Taylor's application for disability insurance benefits is affirmed.
