Order : defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings be denied with regard to plaintiff's federal claims under the Fourth Amendment for arrest without probable cause and excessive force, his derivative claim under 42 U.S.C. 1988, and his related state law claims for false arrest/imprisonment against the individual officer defendants and granted with regard to all other claims and defendants.
