Memorandum Opinion and Order. Teagarden's motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction (Doc. No. 20), is denied, and his motion for an extension of time to respond to the Defendants' motion to dismiss (Doc. No. 21), is granted in part and denied in part.Teagarden shall have until December 21, 2015, to file his brief in opposition to the Defendants' motion to dismiss.
