Memorandum Opinion: I grant Defendant Sherrie Y. Sanders, now known as Sherrie Y. Shock's motion for summary judgment. Defendant Juanita Reiman's motion in limine to strike the Sanders affidavit is denied as moot. Plaintiff's motion for judicial approval of interpleader is granted. Plaintiff's motion for dismissal of the counterclaims is denied as moot. Plaintiff's motion for reasonable attorney fees and costs is granted and Plaintiff shall file its itemized submission within thirty days of this Order. Plaintiff's motion for dismissal from this litigation is granted. Finally, Plaintiff's renewed motion for judicial approval of interpleader is denied as moot. re 48 492634. Judge Jeffrey J.
