Memorandum Order: I adopt Magistrate Judge Parker's R & R with a single exception as mentioned and overrule all of Coleman's objections. Coleman's § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas relief is dismissed. Coleman's motion for recusal of the Magistrate Judge and motion for judicial notice are also denied. Further, I certify, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith, and that there is no basis upon which to issue a certificate of appealability. 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c); Fed.
