Memorandum Opinion: Plaintiff is granted default judgment. Consolo is awarded statutory damages as follows: (1) $1000 under the FDCPA; (2) $200 under the OSCPA; and (3) $8,000 under the TCPA. Further, she is awarded $5,000 in noneconomic damages, as capped by the OCSPA. In turn, Defendants owe her an additional $15,000 for the violation the OPCAA. Additionally, Defendants must pay $7,612.50 in attorney's fees plus costs for Consolo's successful claims under the FDCPA, OCSPA, and Ohio racketeering laws.
