Memorandum Opinion: Plaintiff's motion for default judgment is denied. Defendants' motion to strike Plaintiff's motion for default is denied as moot. Defendants' motions to strike are denied. Plaintiff's motions to amend the complaint are granted. Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel is denied. Defendants' motion regarding their requests for admissions is granted. Defendants Mohr and the ODRC's motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted and they are dismissed as parties in this case.
