Opinion & Order as to Kenneth A. White, Jr., signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 7/19/16. The Court, for the reasons set forth in this order, finds that defendant still has four predicate offenses which are sufficient to support his sentence under the Armed Career Criminals Act. The Court denies defendant's petition under 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 and certifies that defendant could, in good faith, take an appeal on the question of his aggravated robbery convictions being used as predicate offenses.
