Memorandum Opinion and Order: Plaintiff's objections to the order of the magistrate judge denying the motion to compel are overruled. Plaintiff's motion to compel is denied. (Related Doc. Nos. 26, 32, 35, 37). Defendant's response to plaintiff's objections notes that the magistrate judge's order was silent on defendant's request for reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred in opposing plaintiff's motion to compel, and in opposing plaintiff's objections to the magistrate judge's order.
