Order of Dismissal: The Report and Recommendation (Doc. No. 15) notes that plaintiff failed to file her brief in this matter despite being given a sua sponte extension of time to do so and despite being issued a warning that her case could be dismissed for failure to prosecute. It appears that plaintiff has abandoned her case. The Court has reviewed the Magistrate Judge's report and recommendation and accepts the same. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for failure to comply with court orders and for failure to prosecute. Judge Sara Lioi on 5/2/2017. (P,J)
