Opinion and Memorandum signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 9/9/05 granting in part and denying in part defendants' motions for summary judgment. The Court finds plaintiffs have pointed to sufficient evidence to establish a genuine issue of material fact as to their claims against Defendants Begin and Dawson in theirindividual capacities for use of excessive force, unlawful detention, and unlawful arrest. The Court thus denies summary judgment as pertains to those claims. As to all other claims discussed in the Opinion and Memorandum, the Court grants summary judgment.
