Memorandum of Opinion and Order dismissing complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1915(e). This Court does not have jurisdiction over challenges to state court decisions even if those challenges allege that the state courts action was unconstitutional. As Buoscio seeks to directly challenge the result of the state court judgment, pursuant to Rooker-Feldman, this Court lacks jurisdiction over his claim. Accordingly, Plaintiff Samuel Buoscios complaint is dismissed without prejudice under section 1915(e). Further, the court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. Judge John R. Adams on 4/12/10. (R,Sh)
