REPORT&RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that defendants' 12 motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction should be granted but the Court should transfer plaintiff's claims under the FDCPA to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง636(b)(1) and Rule 72(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties shall have 14 days from service of this Report to file written objections. SO ORDERED.
