Memorandum Opinion: Defendant Motor Home Specialist LP's motion to dismiss and motion to exceed page limitations, are granted. (Doc. Nos. 6 and 43.) Plaintiffs' motion to amend the complaint is denied. (Doc. No. 30.) Defendant Jayco's motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 18) is granted in part and denied in part, as follows: (1) With respect to plaintiffs' first and second claim, the motion is granted; (2) With respect to plaintiffs' third claim, the motiin all other respects; (3) With respect to whether plaintiff Chuck Nicholson lacks standing, the motion is granted. Judge Sara Lioi on 9/29/2016. (P,J)on is denied as to plaintiffs' claim for violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act; denied as to plaintiffs' claim that Jayco violated the CSPA when it represented that repairs to the RV were made when they were not; and granted
