Memorandum Opinion: Wooster's motion to dismiss is granted (Doc. No. 15), plaintiff's motion to amend is denied (Doc. No. 21), and plaintiff's motion to proceed anonymously against Jane Roe is granted (Doc. No. 12). Moreover, because Wooster has been dismissed from this action, plaintiff's motions to proceed anonymously against Wooster and motion for expedited discovery are denied as moot (Doc. Nos. 2, 3). This case will proceed solely against defendant Jane Roe on plaintiff's claims against her for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation. Judge Sara Lioi on 3/17/2017. (P,J)
