Memorandum Opinion and Order. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court finds Petitioner's objections are without merit. Accordingly the Objections are overruled. The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety, and Petitioner's 23 Motion for Summary Judgment and 27 Motion for Entry of Default are denied. The Petition is hereby dismissed. The Court certifies that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith and there is no basis on which to issue a certificate of appealability. Judge John R. Adams on 03/28/2018.
