Primus-Cunningham v. Fankhauser et al
Memorandum of Opinion and Order: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. No. 2) is granted and the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff's motions for appointment of counsel (Doc. No. 3) and an "extension of time for Court" to appoint pro bono counsel (Doc. No. 5) are denied. Further, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. Judge John R. Adams on 5/14/2018. (D,JJ)
